Welcome to AURA ("the App"), an AI-powered life scanner application developed by RATTO Michaël ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using AURA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

AURA is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze selfie photos and provide:

An Aura Score (a numerical rating for entertainment purposes)
An Archetype classification
Sub-scores across multiple dimensions
A Glow-Up Preview (AI-generated enhanced version of your photo)
A Compatibility scan between two people

AURA is designed for entertainment purposes only. Scores, archetypes, and analysis results are generated by AI and should not be taken as medical, psychological, professional, or scientific assessments.

3. In-App Purchases and Credits

AURA operates on a credit-based system:

A free teaser scan is available (limited per device).
Full analysis, Glow-Up Preview, and Compatibility scans require credits.
Credits are purchased as consumable In-App Purchases through Apple's App Store.
An optional auto-renewable subscription ("AURA Unlimited") may be available for unlimited access.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

4. Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to AURA Unlimited:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use AURA in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
Use the App to harass, bully, or demean any individual.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.
Circumvent any anti-fraud or usage-limitation mechanisms.
Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AURA, including but not limited to its design, logos, sounds, animations, text, and code, are the exclusive property of RATTO Michaël and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AURA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analysis, score, or AI-generated content. Results are for entertainment purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RATTO Michaël shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
